요즘 서브우퍼 관련 글을 좀 올렸는데요.

이메일로 몇분께서 문의 주셔서 아예 글로 올립니다.

답변은 답글로 달아드리도록 하겠습니다 ^^



저는 저역대가 아주 좋은 서브 우퍼를 구입하려고 계속 노력중에 있습니다.

그리고 마침내 결정을 내렸지요.



우선 제 후보에 올랐던 녀석들은...

Velodyne CHT-12 / REL QUAKE / JBL HTPS400 입니다.

벨로다인은 미국에서 12인치 동일 모델이 360불 정도 밖에 안합니다.

우리나라에서는 가격 125만원이며 실구입가는 100~110정도로 알고 있고요. 거품이 심하죠... REL QUAKE는 작은 사이즈라 마음에 들었는데 하이파이 적인 성향이 강하다고 하시더군요. 패스.

JBL HTPS400은 1000W 서브우퍼이며 JBL HT 시리즈의 원조 우퍼입니다만...우리나라에서 구할 수가 없으며 미국에서도 가격이 많이 비싸군요. 무게도 엄청납니다 ;;



자~ 그래서 원고장인 미국쪽으로 눈을 돌려봤습니다.

Velodyne CHT-12의 117V 모델인 DLS-4000R 은 미국에서 360불 / 한국까지 배송 180불 / 관세 10만원? 정도면 한국에서 받아보더군요. 문제는 117V 라서 AVR을 써야합니다. 저는 파워텍 AVR을 가지고 있어서 문제는 없지만서도... 매칭 실패시 중고로 내놓기 어려울듯해서 220V 즉 230V 유럽형 을 사기로 결정했습니다.



이리저리 눈을 돌려보니... 이상욱님께서 SVSound의 우퍼가 좋다는 말씀을 하시더군요. 우퍼 전문 기업인 SVS 는 익히 들어 알고 있었습니다.

해외쪽...미국 영국쪽 리뷰(실사용자 리뷰) 와 쓰레드를 찾아가보니... 다들 칭찬이 엄청 나더군요. 구입한 사람은 모두 99.9% 칭찬 뿐이었습니다.

SVS는 청음 해 볼수가 없지만 사용기 하나만으로도 신뢰가 갔습니다.

그리고 가격이 저렴한 이유는 중간 판매상이 없고 SVS 자체적으로 판매를 하더군요.

그래서 EBAY 같은 경매 사이트에서도 중고아니면 물건이 없습니다. 중고도 찾기 힘들더군요. 서브 우퍼 특성상 한번 들여서 괜찮으면 방출 하기 힘들죠.



SVSound에 문의 메일을 보냈습니다. 몇번의 문의 메일을 주고 받은 결과...

NEW PB-12 NSD 모델 기준으로 알려드립니다. 다른 모델은 무게도 엄청나고 가격도 비싸서 비추입니다. 배송이 거의 불가능합니다...70KG씩 하니까요.

1. SVSound에서 한국으로 직배송이 가능합니다. 그러나 배송비가 많이 비쌉니다.

집앞까지 받아보는 경우 $290 이며 공항까지는 $165불이라더군요.

근데 공항까지 발송해서 구입했던 고객이 있는데 뭐 엄청 고생했다고 그러던데요.

그래서 저는 늘 이용하는 배송대행 업체를 이용하기로 했습니다.

SVSound가 배송 대행 업체의 미국 주소로 보내는 운송비가 $58불정도.

물건값 $600. 배송 대행 업체에서 한국으로 보내는 운송비 13~16만원

관세 20만원정도... 총100만원 정도면 받아볼수있겠더군요.

공항 들어오면 수입시 전화가 옵니다. 그럼 관세 내면 집으로 배송 ~ 끝

간단하죠. 관세사 선임 등등 알아서 다 해준답니다. DHL 처럼요.



2. 미국내 제품은 117V 입니다. 그러나 SVSound는 자체 생산하기에 230V 즉 유럽형도 만들수있나보더군요. 구입할때 코맨트로 110/220 말해달라더군요.







저는 갑자기 돈 나갈 곳이 생겨서... 우퍼 구입 시기가 조금 늦춰졌습니다 ;;

SVS 우퍼는 최고의 성능에 미국내에서도 거품 빠진 제품으로 정평이 나 있습니다.

청음 못해보는 것이 좀 아쉽습니다만...



미국에서 구입은 그래도 조금은 복잡복잡하고 신경 쓸 부분도 많습니다.

위험 부담은 각자의 몫이니 저처럼 좋은 제품 써보고자 하시는 분은 시도해보세요.

These quotes are for prepaid shipping and a small international handling fee only. Any taxes, duties, brokerage, administrative, etc. fees are your responsibility. The door to door rate includes the brokerage fees and the door to airport does not. The brokerage fees included in door to door rates may not include all local administrative fees.

You are responsible for finding out about any local required procedures, licenses, registrations or such in advance. We had one recipient that had to become a registered importer in his country in order to be able to pick up at the airport (a lengthy and expensive process) and because he didn't find out about this requirement in advance, he was not only forced to go through it, but he also had to pay storage fees on the box while waiting for his forms to process.

If you want to order with a credit card you can order over the web or the phone. Be aware that international credit cards can take a long time to be verified (we perform security checks on all international credit card orders); if you want to ensure timely processing you can pay with a money order/cashiers check or by sending an electronic funds transfer (TT, wire transfer, etc). When ordering with a credit card shipping will not be added online (Bax has no online rate calculator) so just choose the international shipping option from the shipping choices which adds no shipping fee.
