1/7/2014 03:43 GMT+09:00 - Seller: This was a problem caused by EBay's Global shipping partner. I Live in Newtown Square Pa. USA There were 2 large heavy model car kits that I sent to Global on or about 12/16/2013. One was to be shipped by Global to this fellow in Korea, the other ( a different kit ) was to be shipped to a buyer in England. The shipping labels at Global got reversed and both buyers got the wrong model car kit. I spoke with an Ebay/Global support rep on the phone and they said that This was and Ebay/Global problem and that the only way to resolve the problem would be to have the buyers open a case for a refund from Paypal. They said I would not be charged for this error and that the 2 buyers would get full refunds of the purchase and shipping costs. I requested an email from Ebay confirming this conversation and outlining the steps to resolve it and have it and can send you a copy if needed. The Sellers Protection Plan should cover this. Ebay also said that the costs to have the buyers ship back the items was prohibitive so they would just keep the Items. PLEASE tell me that I will not be charged with a chargeback especially with getting the item back
