오늘 페이팔 결제를 하는 도중 account limitation에 걸린것을 확인했습니다.
send money도 안되고 seller에 욕먹고...
다름이 아니라 결제를 하면서 회사내 ip 차단 프로그램을 회피하려고 다른 tool을
이용 페이팔 결제를 하다보니 account limitation(third party에의한)걸린것
같습니다.
그런데 restore 하려고 보니 참 복잡하더군요..
Why is my account access limited?
Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):
Mar. 20, 2009: We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. We have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features in case your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. We understand that having limited access can be an inconvenience, but protecting your account is our primary concern.

그래서 resolution center에 가서 해결하려고 하니 step by step 으로

Please submit each of the following documents:
- Recent statement for the Visa Card XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-4669
Please make sure that the documentation you provide is up-to-date and legible. The name and address on your documentation must correspond with the information registered on your PayPal account. Your documentation cannot be older than 6 months. Send only documents received by mail (online statements cannot be accepted). Send all the information and documents required as soon as possible to complete the review process.

이렇게 되었더군요
이런 경우 어떻게 해야 되나요?
seller에게 입금해야 되는데 주말끼고 그래서..
