계약서 번역중 아래와 같은 내용에 대해서 정확히 어떻게 해석을 해야 할지 궁금합니다..



“Acceptance” shall be complete upon the earlier of (a) "PPP" certification that Commissioning has been successfully completed, or (b) thirty (30) days following Delivery.



추가로,



All Products are warranted to perform substantially in accord with their "PPP" published Product Specifications in effect as of the Quotation date, and to be free from defects in material and workmanship (i.e., assembly) for a period of twelve (12) months from "PPP" sign-off upon Commissioning or thirteen (13) months from Delivery, whichever period is shorter (“Warranty Term”). Any replacement and spare parts, components and subcomponents (“Replacement Parts”) provided pursuant to this warranty are so warranted for the remainder of the Warranty Term.
