1. Letter of submittal 무엇이고 우리말로는 뭐라 하는지?

2. in the format specified under에서 specified와 under이하를 끊어서 봐야 하는지 붙여서 봐야 하는지? 뒤에 on the applicant's letterhead를 보면 specified under를 끊어서 봐야 할 것도 같은데 그러면 Letter of Submittal이 무슨 도장 같은건가요???
