제가 가진 스피커의 초창기 버전으로 보이는 넘





1979 Allison Six- This unusual set of cube-shaped speakers features a 2" high-range speaker in the front, and an 8" woofer facing upwards. Placed against the wall, on top of a bookshelf, they supposedly are supposed to sound as good as speakers many times their size. While I don't have the ideal setup to test them with, they do seem to be quite good for their size. The company went out of business several years ago, however the founder, Roy Allison, was asked to help in the development of a new Allison Acoustics company, which he did.

RDL Acoustics 이란 브랜드는 지금은 없어진 브랜드인것 같습니다.


어느 오디오 사이트에서 찾아낸 문구입니다.


The company RDL Acoustics (Room Designed Loudspeakers) was a Roy Allison company which sold speakers strictly by mail order.


아마도 Roy Allison 이란 사람이 창업주인것 같은데.


지금도 이사람 소유의 스피커 제조사가 있군요








꽤나 알려진 스피커관련 제작사 인것 같은데 Roy Allison 이란 사람에 대해 혹 아시는분 계시나요??
